General Return / Exchanges Policy

Our returns & exchanges policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase OR 7 days after the item is delivered.

In the event that your order is eligible for a refund or exchange, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Do NOT send the item back to the "sender address" indicated on the package. Please email us using our Contact Form to ask for the returning address that you should return your item to.

At our discretion, for exchange items (for example,  the customer has purchased the wrong size), we may offer alternative solutions to the customer to help get the customer the size / item they desire.

NOTE: Once we receive the item to the return address, we will go ahead and refund your order / item and/or send the exchange item (whatever is appropriate). Please note that we are not able to issue the refund amount or send the exchange item untill we receive the item you wish to return / exchange to our return address.

Return policy does not apply to sale items/ our custom designed items. We do not offer exchanges or refunds after purchase/ order confirmation on these types of items unless the item is defective. Please choose items like this carefully.

Our commitment is to deliver the product you ordered. We have a very simple return policy.

We will replace or refund your purchase if there is a manufacturer defect. Manufacture defects include things such as rips, tears, holes and faded printing.

Returns for any other reason will incur a 15% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or incorrect item(s)

If an item arrives defective or does not match the description on our website or in the photos, and payment is eligible, we will ask you to send a photo of the issue to our support email address. Our support team will review the photos you send of the defective item and if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (excluding shipping costs).

Cancellation Policy

We process all orders THE NEXT MORNING to ensure you get your order as fast as possible.

For this reasons, we enforce that any cancellations must be submitted via the Contact Form on our website by Midnight the night of your order.

Please understand that we enforce this to ensure you and our customers receive their items on time, reliably. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Incorrect Address

For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.

How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. You can go to the checkout page to see the total order amount including shipping.

    We, along with every other major retailer in America, get some of our products from overseas. Although we work with only highly trusted manufactures that are both fast, and who provide superior quality and workmanship, sometimes, there are issues regarding shipping that are 100% out of our control. Some of these issues include shipping delays from China, and shipping delays from the United States Postal Service. In some cases it may take 30 days to receive your item.

    If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows no movement in their system, we will refund your payment.

    If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows your package coming in a reasonable amount of time we will not be able to issue a refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    How do I track my package?

    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • Delivery can vary and take 10-14 days. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers. 
    • If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    • Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 
    Where do your other items come from?
      • Novelty Finds is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
